Life as they say, just moves on.. we r born, enter teenage, get married n the n eventually grow old, completing the cycle of life… bt its all sure easier said than done.. . All the different phases of life nt only add 2 the experience u later boast of, bt also has a bag full of mixed memories.. school for most ppl is the most memorable phase of their lafe.. at least 4 me it was the beginning of an altogether new life.. new friends, new interests n new aspirations.. my dream of becoming a journalist transformed into bein a doctor(for the love of physics n hatred 4 maths) bt I eventually landed being an engineer.. so this transition was a little sudden bt smooth wit friends being thr 2 keep me grounded n still floating..:)
Should hav done this a long tym bk bt guess its never 2 late..:) telling the world abt my frnds 4m school n telling them how much they mean 2 me.. lemme help u a little bit in knowin them better. (Names changed due to RIGHT 2 PRIVACY ACT.. bt ppl wil definitely cm 2 kno who I m referin 2..)
Navi: The REBEL.. the thinker and the god sent soul.. just like a coconut.. seemed 2 b hard 4m the outside, an achiever n a deep thinker.. bt she is definitely as soft as cheese 4m the inside.. she cares like a mother n is protective like a father.hav seen her 4transform 4m the tandrum thrower 2 the gentle soul she is 2day...
Rupi: The DEEPER THINKER..:) she is the most silent girl in the group.. the one who actually kept us all grounded.. the one who would sit n make us evaluate the proz n conz of each situation.. (which sometimes I thought was 2 analytical bt now I realize it was needed).. somebody who has always thought of n done the right things in life.. the perfect marriage material outta all of us..:)
Chinks: the fun mate..:) we hav spent so many hrs in useless gossip n talks.. the shoulder I hav cried on so much tht she could hav filled buckets of tears..:) the one who did things without analysing the consequences.. some1 who followed her heart wen all wer against it.. some1 who does wat she thinks is right..
All of them helped make my school fun.. hanging out together during exams, rushing 4m one tution centre 2 another, having golgappas n chaat, sharing 1 plate of munchurian in the canteen n fighting for a quarter piece .. all these yrs n this has still nt changed a single bit.. v all went r different ways bt still stayed connected.. helping each other thru r highs n lows.. sharing happiness n sorrows.. nt callin everyday bt callin wen nothing worked n wer cring in bathrooms alone.. life has moved on 4m being teenagers to being ladies.. from being children 2 now planning weddings..
N now one of us is getting married…contrary 2 the popular belief, its nt rupi or me, its chinki.. m still shocked at the advancement in life… very happy bt still cant digest it..:) Knew all this would happen bt now tht it is, cant express how happy I m 4 her.. belief at its best.. believe in something n even god will hav 2 give it 2 u..
v all hav shared nt just r school bt r lives together n now its moving 2 the next stage.. guess thts wat they call life.. experiences enrich and make it worth living..
